Junior Christ Child - Grades 8-12


The Junior Christ Child Society of Summit consist of members from grades 8-12 who are interested in community service projects that benefit children in our area who are in need. To learn more or become involved, please email Clare McKegney at claremckegney@gmail.com




Bags to Benches - Open to All Grades


The Green Faith Committee at St Teresa is collecting single use plastics for recycling. You can work by yourself or work together with friends to collect single us plastics and bring them to marked recepticles at St Teresa. Please see below for more information.




Loaves & Fishes Support


The Loaves & Fishes Food Pantry at St Teresa is in need of donations to allow it to keep feeding families in need during this time. Consider dropping off the following items at the St Teresa Parish Office door.




Youth Mission Group - Summer Projects


Central Presbyterian Church in Summit is planning summer in-town mission work. In supporting this work, individuals are invited to form family groups and "quarainteams" to work 1/2 day shifts doing outdoor work at local homes. Projects might include raking and bagging leaves and sticks, pulling weeds, weatherization, porch and deck repair, staining, small paint jobs, etc. Additionally, there is need in identifying families in need of help of such projects. If you know of a family in need, please email DHuggins@centralpres.org. If you would like to assist with a project through St Teresa, please email davidc@stteresaavila.org. Lector - 5 PM Mass


With Sunday in-person Masses resumed, St Teresa is now able to allow volunteers to lector again during the 5 PM Mass. At this time, only one lector is able to serve per Mass. Our facilities boast many amenities for our members to have the full country club experience. 

From five, lighted tennis courts to an olympic-sized swimming pool, we believe in supplying members with everything they need to enjoy their time at the club.
